These 360 images can be very effective and are becoming really popular with hotels and in the real estate world as a marketing tool.

They're not particularly difficult to create if one has the right software. This example was created from 7 images shot using an EOS 5D with an EF 15mm f/2.8 lens.

It's possible to link multiple 360 images together thus forming a virtual tour.
